Return Policy
Hi. Thank you for choosing to shop with Redecorate & Relove! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below for more information.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. After this 30-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
- Items in Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns on opened or used items.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or condition. These may include:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products that have been installed, assembled, or altered
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Return Process
- Request a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at @redecorate.n.relove@gmail.com with "Return or My Purchase Inquiry" as a headline. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide you with the return shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days depending on the banks!
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition that’s different from how it was received, such as if it’s damaged or missing parts.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Please contact us if you need assistance with this process.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
- In the event of a damaged or defective item, we may ask you to provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping, but we may not be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been shipped, please follow our standard return process once you receive your item.
